They spoke with 9 members of staff, including the Registered Manager, Nominated Individual, Care, Kitchen and Domestic staff.
Beddell House is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 60 older people and people living with a dementia. People are supported in one adapted building. At the time of inspection there were 55 people using the service.

The policies and systems in the service supported this practice.
People received personalised support based on their assessed needs and choices. A range of activities were made available to help people with social engagement. The provider had an effective complaints process in place.
