Residents consistently praised the kindness, patience, and dedication of care staff. Many described staff as approachable, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile. This year’s results show that trust in staff remains one of the strongest pillars of resident satisfaction, reinforcing just how important those everyday interactions are. A reassuring majority of residents reported feeling safe in their care home, both physically and emotionally. This reflects strong safeguarding practices and attentive staff.
