Shincliffe House – A substantial 4/5 bedroom home providing outstanding accommodation ideal for families, couples, or supported living services. It’s also suitable for shared accommodation. (Currently occupied)
Ferens House – Refurbished in 2019–20, Ferens House offers six stylish one-bedroom apartments with modern open-plan living, secure entry, and access to shared gardens and countryside views.
Jenkins Flats – Three newly refurbished, spacious apartments located within Beddell House. Each apartment benefits from its own private external access, making them a perfect choice for independent living in a secure and welcoming setting.
The Lodge – A delightful stone-built property steeped in character, located next to the Gatehouse at the entrance of the estate.
Clergy Flats – Situated next to Ramsey House, these three homes offer charming views across the church, landscaped grounds, and peaceful woodland.
Mews Cottages – Two attractive stone-built cottages with woodland views to the rear, offering both charm and practicality.
