Care Quality Lead

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00 per year

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Quality Lead to join our values-based team at Beddell House Care Home in Durham.

We are looking for a proactive, flexible and organised individual with experience of working in a leadership role within a care home environment.

Will be responsible for improving quality and compliance and be required to undertake compliance audits, co-ordinate medication management and staff supervisions.

Our ideal candidate will have an NVQ level 4 or be an experienced Senior Care Assistant with a level 3 qualification willing to commence further training and development.

Night Care and Support Worker

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £14.69-£15.46 per hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a night care and support worker with a desire to make a difference to join our values-based team at Beddell House Care Home.

 

As a care assistant you will be meeting the individual care needs of our residents in a way that respects their dignity and promotes their independence.

Good communication skills, a caring and compassionate nature alongside an understanding of the needs of older people will all be important traits for this rewarding job.

Catering Assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £11.89 per hour

An exciting opportunity has become available within our organisation. We are looking for team players who have a passion for food and people. You will be working as part of a motivated team to deliver the day-to-day menu to our residents.

 

Our ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 or above and/or have catering assistant experience in a busy kitchen environment.
