We wanted to update you with some of the big changes that has been happening here at Sherburn House Charity!
You may have noticed our new visual identity emerging over the last few months, we have a new logo, website, documentation, and signage. This is to coincide with the major refurbishment of Beddell House Care Home, Thornley House, Ferens House and Jenkins Flats.
But also…
From 30th September 2021, we incorporated the Charity into a Company Limited by Guarantee.
We will operate under new Charity Number 1177535 and Company Number 11196374
Both staff and residents have been unaffected by this change and the mission, vision and core values of the Charity will remain the same.

We are proud to announce we are working in partnership with Durham County Carers Support, which is a local charity supporting Carers in County Durham and Darlington.
The aim of the scheme is to promote the health and wellbeing of carers whilst alleviating some of the financial strain that is often placed upon them by their role.
We are offering 10% off respite breaks when a Durham County Carers Card is shown.
